14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to buy CallerPeek with confidence. If the software does not work in your environment or does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all editions of CallerPeek (PrestaShop module and WooCommerce plugin, each including the Android application) purchased on callerpeek.com.
How to request a refund
Choose whichever is easier:
- Reply to your order receipt e-mail from Paddle, our merchant of record, and request a refund; or
- E-mail us at info@callerpeek.com with your order number or the e-mail address used at checkout.
Refunds for orders placed on callerpeek.com are processed by Paddle, which handles the payment reversal to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund covers the full amount paid, including tax.
After a refund, your license key is deactivated and your right to use the software ends; you should uninstall the module/plugin and the application.
EU/UK consumers — statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days. By downloading the software you consent to immediate delivery of digital content, which under EU Directive 2011/83 may end the statutory withdrawal right at that moment — however, our 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless, so in practice you keep the full 14-day window even after downloading. Your statutory warranty rights for defective digital content (EU Directive 2019/770 and national law) remain unaffected and are not limited in time by this policy.
After 14 days
Refunds are not available after the 14-day period, but your 12 months of updates and e-mail support continue — if something does not work, write to info@callerpeek.com and we will help. If a defect covered by statutory warranty cannot be remedied, you retain your statutory remedies, including price reduction or contract termination, in accordance with applicable law.
Renewals
Annual update-and-support renewals are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the renewal payment date.
Orders placed at consaltex.pl
Orders placed in our Polish store consaltex.pl are subject to the return rules (Zwroty i reklamacje) published on that site.
