Terms of use

Terms of use for the CallerPeek software (PrestaShop module and Android application). The Polish version of this document is the binding one; this translation is provided for convenience.

1. Definitions

• Software — the CallerPeek module for PrestaShop and the CallerPeek application for Android.
• User — the entity installing and using the Software in its own online store and on its own devices.
• Provider — Consaltex, contact: info@callerpeek.com.

2. Scope of the licence

The Software is licensed per store (one PrestaShop installation). The Android application is a free client of the module and may be installed on any number of devices paired with that store. Reselling, sublicensing and sharing the Software with third parties without the Provider's consent is prohibited.

3. Liability

The Software runs entirely on the User's infrastructure (store server, phone). The Provider has no access to the data of the User or their customers and is not liable for the consequences of incorrect server configuration, loss of keys/tokens, or the actions of persons to whom the User granted access. The Software is provided "as is".

4. Updates and support

Updates are published on callerpeek.com. Technical support is provided by e-mail on business days.

5. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. In short: store customer data never leaves the User's server and devices.

6. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Provider may update these terms; the current version is always available at callerpeek.com/terms.php.
