The Android app — a customer card on every call
The phone rings, the app asks your store about the number and shows the customer card — before you answer. Works with the PrestaShop module and the WooCommerce plugin; included in the backend price, for any number of phones.

What it does
- A customer card when the phone rings — name, number and value of orders, the status of the last order and the call history, straight from your own store.
- Works on the lock screen — the card appears above the lock screen with no unlocking; on Android 14+ a one-time consent for full-screen notifications is all it takes.
- A popup above every app — position of your choice: top, bottom, or automatically opposite the system call window.
- Call back with one tap — missed calls land in a local history of the last ten lookups.
- Dual SIM — restrict the app to one card, e.g. the business line only.
- 13 languages — the interface switches in the settings independently of the phone language, and the chosen language is passed to the store, so the card arrives translated.
- Missed-call reporting — the store knows which calls went unanswered and builds the "Call back" list.
- Quiet on unknown numbers — the full card appears only for a customer; anyone else is a discreet notification, with no half-screen window.
- Move the card with a finger — drag it up or down and the app remembers where you left it, so it never covers the answer button.
Privacy and permissions
The app asks only for what it needs: the phone state and the call log (without them Android does not hand over the caller number), display over other apps, notifications and the internet. It does not ask for contacts, SMS, location, microphone or files.
The only network connections are the lookups to your own store and a once-a-day update check. No accounts, no cloud, no analytics.
Installation
- Install the app from Google Play — free, with no account and no purchase.
- On first run Android asks for permission to read the incoming number. Why it is needed and what we do with it: see the FAQ.
- Scan the QR code from the module or plugin panel — the app runs a connection test by itself.
Google Play keeps the app up to date, so there is nothing to watch over — a new version installs itself.
Requirements
- Android 8.0 – 16, a phone with a SIM card
- A store with the CallerPeek backend: PrestaShop or WooCommerce — or your own backend implementing the open API contract
The app is included in the backend price — you buy the module or the plugin and install the app on any number of phones in that company. No per-seat fees and no subscription.
