What the key does — and what it does not

It decides two things: whether you can download updates, and whether you get support. That is all.

• The module never expires. It works with an empty key, with an expired key, and with no internet connection to us at all. There is no copy protection in the code and there will not be one.
• Twelve months of updates and support come with the purchase. After that the module keeps running exactly as it did; you simply stop receiving newer versions until you renew.
• The Android app is free and unrelated to the key — get it on Google Play, no account needed.
